Rock Steady Boxing

The Rock Steady Boxing program is designed to help individuals with Parkinson's disease build muscle and strength in a boxing style class suitable for all levels of fitness. The program is led by former Golden Gloves boxing champion, Bill Caples, who helps participants improve their coordination, balance, and posture through a variety of boxing techniques.

The goal of this program is to help those with Parkinson's improve overall personal fitness in a supportive, community atmosphere. We encourage caregivers and significant others to join participants for classes if he or she would like.

Pedaling For Parkinson's

Pedaling for Parkinson’s™, powered by the Davis Phinney Foundation, is an evidence-based indoor cycling program designed to help people living with Parkinson’s improve mobility, reduce symptoms, and connect with a supportive community.

Participants follow a proven protocol that includes a warm-up, 30–40 minutes of cycling at a pace that challenges their comfort zone, and a cooldown. When completed regularly, this approach has been associated with a significant reduction in Parkinson’s symptoms.
