“Fun fitness” is not an oximoron. Come learn how a well-rounded fitness program, can serve us as we age.  Join us as we pinpoint the elements of a program that will add health to your years.

When you combine everything into one workout, you’re more likely to achieve your overall fitness goals.

Presented by Connie Barron: As a nurse, Connie realized the importance of preventing illness, not just treating it. She left nursing to start a fitness business where she focused on working with clients who had medical conditions or were new to exercise. She has spent the last 20 years in the fitness industry with certifications in tai chi, personal training, functional movement, and pilates.
