This FREE teen leadership & community impact program is a 10-week, youth-led experience designed for motivated teens ages 13-19, who want to build real leadership skills while forming meaningful relationships. This is a hands-on learning environment where participants will work together to identify a real need in the community, design a solution, and bring their project to life from start to finish. Along the way, teens grow as leaders while learning how to support, listen to, and lead alongside their peers.

Participants will:
- Strengthen leadership confidence and decision-making
- Develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with community partners
- Build a tangible project with measurable impact

Participants will leave with a certificate and real-world leadership experience they can refer to for college applications, interviews, scholarships, resumes, and beyond.

Additional Details:
- Food/snacks will be provided
- YMCA membership included for the duration of the program
- One-year YMCA membership granted after graduating from the program
- Certificate upon completion
- No meeting the week of Spring Break - 3/31

* Members of the first leadership cohort will also have the opportunity to officially name the program and leave a lasting legacy.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW THROUGH APRIL 7TH.
