Silver & Fit is a program administered by American Specialty Health. To view health plans that participate, select "Washington" in the Participating Health Plans Silver & Fit search. We will use your exact name and date of birth to determine eligibility when you're ready to join.

Renew Active™ is administered through UnitedHealthcare® Medicare plans. To confirm eligibility, we will need a confirmation code. You can locate your code by signing into your UnitedHealthcare® account or calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
