Join instructor Rosie in this comprehensive 6 weeks series, Yoga 101.
In this weekly class, you will learn:
- Common yoga poses and the intentions behind each shape
- Which muscles should be engaged during various poses
- How a lack of strength or flexibility can hinder a pose
- How to safely transition from one pose to the next
This series meets on Saturdays from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. from March 7th through April 11th.
