Join our next Wellness Workshop: "Our Health & Fitness Journey Thriving into the Next Chapter"

This one-time workshop is exclusively designed for women (typically, but not necessarily ages 35+) navigating the dynamic landscape of mid-life. In this dynamic gathering, we'll delve into insightful discussions about key aspects of women's health and well-being, with a focus on cardiovascular health, perimenopause, diabetes, osteoporosis, stress, and anxiety. *This workshop is from the perspective of fitness and is in no way to be construed as or take the place of medical advice. If you are medically concerned about any of these topics, please discuss them with your physician.

Our experienced facilitator, Lisa Fox, brings 25+ years of experience in health and fitness to guide participants in engaging conversations to shed light on common concerns.

Cardiovascular disease and Osteoporosis become more of a concern as we age. Participants will be exploring effective strategies for maintaining strong and resilient hearts and bones as they age. Lisa will discuss fitness approaches that align with the unique needs of women in mid-life, promoting overall cardiovascular and bone well-being from a fitness stand-point.

Navigating perimenopause and menopause is a shared journey, and our workshop provides a safe space for open conversations about the physical and emotional changes associated with this phase. Discover holistic approaches to manage symptoms and embrace this transformative time with confidence.

Understanding the intersection of diabetes and mid-life, our workshop aims to provide practical insights into maintaining stable blood sugar levels through balanced nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness practices. We'll share tips and resources for fitness activities that support overall health and vitality.

Stress and anxiety often accompany life's transitions, and our workshop addresses these challenges head-on. Explore effective stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and strategies for fostering mental well-being.
