Please Note: Our Spring calendar begins on Monday, March 4 to Sunday June 2, 2019. Most classes are beginner classes and can be modified to fit any level of fitness. Our instructors will be happy to help!

Class days, times, instructors and formats may be changed when necessary. A FitPass is available by appointment at the front desk as part of your membership to learn the equipment and create a personal fitness goal. 

Holiday Closures: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Irrigation Festival Parade(Sequim Y). We will close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

All ages from infants to seniors can learn to swim. Check out our class offerings and register for one that fits your family’s busy schedule. Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport.  All classes are 30 minutes in length.

The Sequim YMCA Adult Masters Program is designed for older teens and adults (18+) looking for a guided swimming workout.  Workouts routinely range from 1500-2500 yards.  Our coach will help work participants work on endurance, technique, and stroke development.  Our Masters Program is not currently affiliated with the USMS Program, but registered USMS swimmers are welcome to attend workouts. Masters Swim is a paid monthly class.
