Please note: The monthly calendar begins on MONDAYS, as we don’t typically have events or classes on Sundays.

Most classes are beginner classes. Most classes can be modified to fit any level of fitness.

Class days, times, instructors and formats may be changed when necessary.

FitPass is available by appointment. Please schedule at the front desk.

Holiday closures include: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Judo i

Judo is based upon traditional Jujitsu fighting and self-defense techniques of Japan.  Judo consists primarily of throwing and grappling techniques. Families (including parents) are encouraged to participate. Both beginner and advanced students are welcome. Students must be at least six years old.

Time:            6:30 pm-7:30 pm (Beginner)
                     6:30 pm-8:00 pm (Advanced)
Cost:             $28 per month for YMCA Members
                     $33 per month for Community Members
