Sequim Group Fitness Schedule

 

November 17 Update: Group Exercise Classes are available virtually. We will send members emails with links to virtual classes. You do not need to make a reservation to attend a virtual class. Most classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to fit any level of fitness. Our instructors will be happy to help! Class days, times, instructors and formats may be changed when necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: A new group exercise schedule will start in December.  

EQUIPMENT: To prevent the spread of germs and viruses, we are not lending out any equipment at this time.  

KEEPING YOU SAFE: All members will be required to social distance, and Y instructors will ensure that members are safely distanced apart. According to state guidelines, you are exempt from wearing a facial covering during strenuous indoor or outdoor exercise or if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing one safely. 

HOLIDAY CLOSURES: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th, Christmas Day and Irrigation Festival Parade(YMCA of Sequim). We will close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

New or experienced participants are welcome! This class is full body dance fitness using Latin and world music rhythms. It can be low impact, or faster pace and utilizes some higher level fitness moves. Great music and fun!
