Boxing For Parkinson's

The Boxing for Parkinson's program is designed to help individuals with Parkinson's disease build muscle and strength in a boxing style class suitable for all levels of fitness. The program will be led by former Golden Gloves boxing champion, Bill Caples, who will help participants improve their coordination, balance, and posture through a variety of boxing techniques. The goal of this class is to help those with Parkinson's improve overall personal fitness in a supportive, community atmosphere. We encourage caregivers and significant others to join participants for classes if he or she would like.
